BITTERCREEK MOUNTAIN TRAIL
9:00 a.m., 10:30 a.m., 1:00 p.m., 2:30 p.m., 4:00 p.m.

This is the most popular ride. The trail climbs 400+ feet offering beautiful vistas of Red River, Bittercreek Canyon, and the Red River Ski & Summer Area. Good for all levels of experience—beginners and doubles welcome.

$50 per Horse, Add $15 for a Double


Couple Riding Horses

2-Hour Trail Ride

RED RIVER SKI & SUMMER AREA OR SAWMILL TRAIL
9:30 a.m., 1:30 p.m., 4:00 p.m.

These rides are steep and provide fantastic views of the Town of Red River and mountain peaks and canyons. Best suited for experienced riders. No doubles.

$80 per Horse

3-Hour Trail Ride

GOOSE CREEK TRAIL
8:30 a.m. or 1:00 p.m.

This is a beautiful, lush forest ride. The trail starts low following along Goose Creek and then ascends through the forest opening on to several forest meadows along the way. The trip is 3 hours including the time to trailer to and from the trail head which is approximately 2 miles from the stables. Best suited for intermediate to advanced riders. No doubles.

$120 per Horse

4-Hour Trail Ride

MIDDLE FORK LAKE
8:00 a.m. or 1:00 p.m.

This is an easy ride with a gorgeous alpine lake destination. The trail crosses water twice as it winds its way up to Middle Fork Lake where you will have a break to enjoy the lake, have a snack if you brought one and stretch your legs before heading back down. The trip is 4 hours, including the time to trailer to and from the trail head which is approximately 7 miles from the stables. Beginners to intermediate riders. No doubles.

$160 per Horse

4-Hour Lunch Ride

RED RIVER SKI AREA & TIP RESTAURANT
10:00 a.m.

This ride takes you to the top of the Red River Ski & Summer Area. The trail is steep and affords excellent views of the Town of Red River. Upon reaching the top, you will stop at the Tip Restaurant where you can enjoy lunch on their expansive deck. (Lunch is not included in the cost of the ride; you are responsible for your own meal.) This ride is best suited for experienced riders. No doubles.

While on this working ranch, you'll also enjoy Elizabethtown history and likely sightings of wildlife. On the 4x4 route you'll travel our new road (in any 4x4), see the Red Bandana mine and climb to 10,800 feet on Baldy Mountain. For the 4x4 Tours you can drive your own off-road vehicle or rent one of ours.
